Introduction

This global ocean-infrastructure leader is looking for a Senior Commissioning Enfgineer You'll be part of an organisation that doesn't just deliver world-class offshore infrastructure-it helps shape the future of energy. Working from Rotterdam, on a 12 month contract (renewable) you'll contribute to complex, high-impact projects

What are you going to do

Execute and document commissioning activities in line with project planning, safety requirements, and industry standards
Coordinate system testing, completion, and handover processes
Identify and resolve commissioning challenges, proposing practical and innovative solutions to maintain schedules
Develop, review, and implement commissioning procedures, checklists, and schedules
Conduct pre-commissioning inspections and ensure systems are tested, certified, and ready for safe operation
Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement across commissioning activities

Essential skills and knowledge

Experience

Relevant experience within the construction or energy industry
Solid understanding of construction and commissioning management processes within your discipline
Practical experience managing and leading teams on site to ensure smooth and safe operations
