What are you going to do

  • Bewertung, Prüfung und Bearbeitung von Nachträgen und Claims in Projekten der Erneuerbaren Energien
  • Analyse von Kosten, Forderungen und Abweichungen im Projektverlauf von Energie‑ und Netzinfrastrukturprojekten
  • Unterstützung bei der Durchsetzung von Ansprüchen gegenüber Auftraggebern, Nachunternehmern und Projektpartnern
  • Erstellung von Entscheidungs‑, Bewertungs‑ und Argumentationsgrundlagen im Claim‑Kontext
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Projektleitung, Technik, Einkauf und externen Partnern
  • Dokumentation claimrelevanter Sachverhalte über den gesamten Projektverlauf

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Studiengang Erneuerbare, Energien, Energietechnik, Umwelttechnik, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbarer Abschluss notwendig
  • Fundierte Erfahrung im Projekt‑, Nachtrags‑ oder Claim‑Umfeld in Energie‑ oder Infrastrukturprojekten erforderlich
  • Tiefgreifendes Verständnis für technische, wirtschaftliche und vertragliche Zusammenhänge von Projekten im Bereich Erneuerbare Energien von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS‑Office‑Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel und Word erforderlich
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse notwendig
