Introduction

Opportunity to work with law firms, conveyancers and property professionals, helping them better understand environmental and planning considerations associated with land and property. You'll be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships and driving adoption of innovative solutions that combine property, environmental and location-based intelligence.

What are you going to do

The Opportunity

Working across a strategic partnership within the legal and property technology sector, you will help grow awareness, drive product adoption, and build lasting relationships with law firms, conveyancers, property professionals, planners, and consultants.

You will manage opportunities from initial engagement through to onboarding and continued account growth, becoming a trusted advisor to clients on environmental and planning due diligence solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify new business opportunities across legal, property, and professional services sectors.
  • Build relationships with prospective and existing clients to drive product adoption.
  • Manage a pipeline of opportunities through CRM systems and maintain accurate sales activity records.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and client presentations.
  • Educate clients on environmental, planning, compliance, and due diligence solutions.
  • Support onboarding and encourage ongoing client engagement and product usage.
  • Attend industry events, networking functions, webinars, and conferences.
  • Provide market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor insights to internal stakeholders.

About You

  • SaaS business development or sales
  • Environmental planning
  • Environmental law
  • Property law or conveyancing
  • Town planning
  • Environmental consulting
  • Compliance and regulatory advisory services
  • Property due diligence and risk advisory

Ideally, You'll Bring

  • 1-4 years' experience in sales, business development, account management, consulting, legal, planning, compliance, or client-facing roles.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Confidence presenting to clients both virtually and in person.
  • Interest in property, planning, environmental risk, and compliance.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach and strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholder groups.
  • Experience using CRM platforms.
  • Full and unrestricted AU working rights.
