Introduction

We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our Client Regional Division. This critical role plays a central part in shaping financial decisions and improving operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will partner with senior leaders to interpret financial results, guide planning efforts, and drive strategic outcomes.

What are you going to do 

Key Duties

  • Track division performance metrics and report progress against goals
  • Boost profitability and enhance cash flow strategies
  • Monitor payment risks and shorten invoice turnaround times
  • Review tenders and assess financial exposure
  • Improve working capital and inventory use
  • Identify and recommend areas for cost reduction
  • Apply Division-aligned accounting procedures accurately
  • Evaluate resource usage and analyze budget variances
  • Lead forecasting, planning cycles, and financial coordination
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and contribute to audit processes

Essential skills and knowledge 

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is a MUST
  • 8 - 12 years of hands-on experience in finance, analytics, or business support roles
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning, reporting standards, and internal controls
  • Proven ability to explain complex financial topics clearly to stakeholders
  • Familiarity with SOX and regulatory compliance requirements
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and analytical thinking
