What are you going to do

Projektkoordination und Baustellenleitung: Steuerung aller Abläufe auf der Baustelle, Sicherstellung von Terminen, Qualität und Kostenrahmen.
Überwachung von Bauarbeiten: Kontrolle der Arbeiten von Nachunternehmern, Handwerkern und Fachkräften nach technischen Plänen und Vorgaben.
Sicherstellung von Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards: Einhaltung von Arbeitsschutz, Umweltauflagen und technischen Normen.
Dokumentation und Reporting: Erstellung von Bau- und Fortschrittsdokumentationen, Berichten an Auftraggeber und Projektmanagement.
Kommunikation und Abstimmung: Schnittstelle zwischen Auftraggeber, Behörden, Subunternehmern und internen Teams.

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossenes Studium des Bauingenieurwesens mit Schwerpunkt Wasserwirtschaft, Infrastruktur oder Umwelttechnik
Erste Berufserfahrung wünschenswert, aber auch Berufseinsteiger willkommen
Kenntnisse in relevanten Softwaretools wie AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Kanalnetzberechnungsprogrammen (z. B. Hystem-Extran, SWMM)
Gute Kenntnisse der einschlägigen Regelwerke (z. B. DWA, DIN, VOB)
Strukturierte, teamorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Kommunikationsgeschick
