What are you going to do

Eigenverantwortliche Leitung und Abwicklung von Bauprojekten.
Koordination und Steuerung der Bauabläufe sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Termin-, Qualitäts- und Kostenvorgaben.
Kommunikation mit Bauherren, Behörden, Ingenieurbüros und Nachunternehmern.
Überwachung und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Sicherheits- und Umweltvorschriften auf der Baustelle.
Führung und Koordination des Baustellenteams.
Dokumentation des Baufortschritts und Erstellung von Leistungsberichten.

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (z. B. Techniker/Meister im Bauwesen).
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Bauleitung/Baumanagement.
Fundierte Kenntnisse der VOB sowie der einschlägigen Normen und Richtlinien.
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise mit Bauabrechnungs- und Terminplanungssoftware.
Durchsetzungsstärke, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
Reisebereitschaft und Führerschein der Klasse B.
