What are you going to do

Wahrnehmung der Bauherrenfunktion bei Maßnahmen im Straßenbau im Stadtgebiet Ulm (sowohl Neubau als auch Unterhalt)
Koordination der Projekte mit allen Beteiligten und Sicherstellung der
Einhaltung der terminlichen, qualitativen und finanziellen Vorgaben
Wahrnehmung der Bauleitungsfunktion
Enger Kontakt zur Bürgerschaft und serviceorientierte
Abwicklung derer Anliegen
Fachliche*r Ansprechpartner*in bei Baumaßnahmen privater Akteure im öffentlichen Raum
Eine Weiterentwicklung des Aufgabenbereichs bleibt vorbehalten

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen (Diplom, Bachelor, Master)
Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Großprojekten im Infrastrukturbereich
Nice to have: Erfahrung im Straßen- oder Radwegebau
Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1)
