Introduction

What are you going to do

· Acompanhar ordens de compra com fornecedores nacionais e internacionais, garantindo a conformidade com os cronogramas de entrega.

· Realizar follow-ups regulares com fornecedores e manter áreas internas informadas sobre o status de entrega.

· ERP e Sistemas: Atualizar o sistema ERP (SAP MM) com status dos pedidos, prazos previstos e desvios identificados.

· Identificar riscos de atraso e propor ações corretivas para mitigar impactos nas operações.

· Apoiar a liberação de embarques, coordenação de coletas e embarques junto à logística terrestre e marítima.

· Elaborar relatórios de desempenho de entrega (KPIs), análise de causas de atraso e oportunidades de melhoria.

· Atuar de forma colaborativa com equipes multidisciplinares (compras, planejamento, almoxarifado, inspeção técnica).

· Garantir conformidade com requisitos legais e regulatórios (ANP, Receita Federal, IBAMA etc.).

Essential skills and knowledge 

· Ensino superior em Administração, Engenharia, Logística, Comércio Exterior, ou campo similar.

· Experiência Prática. Experiência prévia em funções de compras, diligenciamento ou gestão de pedidos.

· Experiência consistente com ERP, preferencialmente SAP (módulo MM).

· Conhecimentos avançados em Excel e Power BI

· Inglês intermediário ou avançado

· Pacote office
