What are you going to do

Unterstützung und Coaching von Product Ownern bei Story Writing, Akzeptanzkriterien und Priorisierung
Vertretung der Product Manager zur Sicherstellung einer klaren Produktvision
Sicherstellung und Verbesserung der Backlog-Qualität über den gesamten ART
Kontinuierliche Abstimmung mit Business-Zielen und Koordination der Work Breakdown Structure
Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Kommunikations- und Stakeholderplänen
Vorbereitung und Präsentation für Advisory Boards sowie Reporting zu PI Objectives und Roadmap
Unterstützung bei ART-Events und Koordination von PO Syncs, Mid-PI und System Demos
Förderung kontinuierlicher Verbesserung und agiler Arbeitsweisen im Product Management

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossenes Studium oder gleichwertige Ausbildung mit relevanter Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
Erfahrung im agilen Umfeld und gute Kenntnisse des SAFe-Frameworks
Erfahrung im Coaching von Product Ownern oder Product Managern

Kenntnisse in Jira, Agile Hive und SAFe-Zertifizierungen (z. B. SPC, POPM)
Erfahrung mit ECM, Knowledge Management oder KI
Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, Grundkenntnisse in Deutsch
