What are you going to do

Sicherstellung und kontinuierliche Steigerung der Leistungsfähigkeit von zwei agilen Teams (Scrum & Kanban) im Wertstrom „Kollaboration & Kommunikation"
Einsatz passender agiler Methoden zur Förderung effizienter Arbeitsprozesse
Frühes Erkennen von Teamhindernissen, Konflikten und Risiken sowie eigenverantwortliche Initiierung und Umsetzung von Lösungsmaßnahmen
Aktive Begleitung, Weiterentwicklung und Motivation der Kolleg*innen in zwei DevOps-Teams
Enger Schulterschluss mit dem zweiten Agile Coach, den Product Ownern und dem People Lead, um eine nachhaltige, zielorientierte und kollaborative Arbeitskultur zu etablieren

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Technische Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder vergleichbar notwendig
Zertifizierung als Scrum Master und Agile Coach notwendig
Zertifizierung als Product Owner wünschenswert
Erfahrung als Agile Coach im Kontext skalierender, agiler Frameworks (SAFe, Nexus, LeSS, etc.) notwendig
Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse notwendig
