Je helpt klanten met duidelijke en zorgvuldige acceptatie van particuliere verzekeringen. Jij beoordeelt aanvragen precies, zodat klanten weten waar zij op kunnen rekenen. Zo bied je rust in een belangrijk deel van hun financiële zekerheid. Je krijgt bij ons de kans om je kennis te verdiepen en nieuwe certificaten te behalen via de Brunel Academy.

What are you going to do

Beoordelen van particuliere verzekeringsaanvragen.
Toetsen van risico's aan polisvoorwaarden en interne richtlijnen.
Controleren van documenten en gegevens in het acceptatieproces.
Overleggen met adviseurs over voorwaarden, risico's en vervolgstappen.

Essential skills and knowledge

Minimaal een mbo-4 diploma, bij voorkeur financieel of administratief.
Ervaring binnen verzekeringen of klantcontact.
Wft Basis en Wft Schade Particulier (of bereidheid om deze te behalen).
Interesse in acceptatieprocessen binnen particuliere schadeverzekeringen.
Heldere communicatie en een klantgerichte manier van werken.
Extra Wft-certificaten of acceptatie-ervaring zijn een pré.

Een salaris tussen €3.000 en €4.000 bruto per maand o.b.v. 40 uur.
