Introduction
Hiring an experienced Engineering Manager for a leading Oil & Gas / EPC organization in Doha, Qatar. The role requires strong experience in FEED, Detailed & Conceptual Engineering, multidisciplinary engineering management, and pipeline/construction projects within PMC/EPCM environments.

Roles Overview
- Role involves management oversight of engineering activities, deliverables, and project coordination
- Candidate will manage multi-disciplinary engineering teams across Conceptual, FEED, and Detailed Engineering phases
- Strong exposure to pipeline engineering, routing, and construction projects is preferred
- Experience working with NOCs, PMC/EPCM organizations, and Middle East & Africa projects is required
- The role includes engineering reviews, manpower planning, technical coordination, and client interaction
- Candidates with strong leadership, engineering management, and project execution experience are preferred
Essential skills and knowledge
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil/Chemical or related discipline)
- 15+ years of experience in Oil & Gas / EPC / PMC projects
- Strong experience in FEED, Conceptual & Detailed Engineering
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary engineering teams and deliverables
- Exposure to pipeline engineering, construction, and technical coordination
- Experience with NOCs, PMC/EPCM organizations, and Middle East projects preferred
- Knowledge of engineering standards, codes, and engineering software
- Strong communication, leadership, and client coordination skills
- Qatar MME/MMUP/UPDA License preferred
