Consolidation Of Financials - IFRS Compliance and Investment accounting.
Monthly, Quarterly & Review of Subsidiary Financials
Heading the Finance team in Managing overall finance function of the company and its Local subsidiaries and Supervision of Daily Finance Functions (GL,AP,AR, FA, Budgeting & Reporting)
GL and Chart Of Accounts maintenance for whole group
Participate together with External Auditors on Interim & Annual Audit and other audit functions with team.

Essential skills and knowledge

Bachelor of commerce (Major in Finance)
Professional certification
CPA/CMA/ACCA
IFRS certification & Knowledge
Minimum 5 - 10 years of experience in finance with handling of complex group accounting and listed companies.
Experience in GCC Food, Agriculture and FMCG industries.
Oracle financials
MS Office
Consolidation module
Any one of the worldwide recognized Accounting & Finance certification (CPA/CMA/ACCA)
Certification in IFRS
Financial Analysis
Valuations & Fair Value
Ratio Analyss
Good communication skills
Team Work
Work under pressure
