What are you going to do 

  • Supervise site operations across bulk earthworks, drainage, and roadworks
  • Coordinate subcontractors, plant, and labour to achieve programme milestones
  • Drive a strong safety culture and ensure WHS compliance
  • Monitor and report on project progress against schedule
  • Identify and resolve on-site issues efficiently
  • Maintain quality standards and ensure works meet specifications
  • Liaise with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor on subdivision projects ($20M+)
  • Strong technical knowledge of earthworks, drainage, and pavements
  • Ability to lead crews and manage subcontractors effectively
  • Solid understanding of construction programmes and sequencing
  • Strong commitment to safety and quality outcomes
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Relevant tickets and certifications (White Card essential)
