What are you going to do 

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to manage insurance repair projects across Brisbane. You will be responsible for coordinating trades, overseeing site operations, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard of quality.

  • Manage end-to-end insurance repair projects
  • Coordinate and supervise trades and subcontractors
  • Ensure compliance with scope, programme, and safety requirements
  • Maintain strong communication with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders
  • Deliver projects on time and within budget

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in Insurance
  • Strong trade coordination and scheduling skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Solid understanding of building codes and safety requirements
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
