What are you going to do 

You will oversee insurance repair and restoration projects across Rockhampton, Gladstone, Emerald, Yeppoon and surrounding areas, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

  • Managing insurance repair projects from start to finish
  • Coordinating trades, subcontractors, suppliers, and schedules
  • Conducting site inspections and ensuring quality workmanship
  • Maintaining strong communication with clients, insurers, and internal teams
  • Managing timelines, budgets, and project updates
  • Ensuring WHS compliance across all sites
  • Using company systems/software to track jobs, reports, variations, and progress updates
  • Supporting and mentoring a small team within the region

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Extensive experience as a Site Supervisor within the insurance building/restoration industry
  • Strong understanding of insurance repair processes and stakeholder management
  • Ability to manage multiple projects across regional locations
  • Tech savvy and confident using computers, tablets, and job management systems
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Trade background highly regarded
  • QBCC licence highly regarded
