Introduction

We are currently seeking a dedicated Supervisor E&I to join our dynamic PNG team. This role offers the opportunity to lead frontline supervision of Electrical, Instrumentation, and Communications construction activities on key projects, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency throughout the execution phase.

What are you going to do 

As a Supervisor E&I, you will be responsible for overseeing Electrical, Instrumentation, and Fibre Optic Cable (FOC) installation activities on site. You will coordinate testing, commissioning, and energisation works, ensuring all tasks are conducted safely and to the highest standards. The role requires close collaboration with contractors and project teams to monitor safety compliance, quality assurance, and productivity. You will also support planning and construction readiness activities and manage any technical or execution issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Electrical trade qualification or engineering background.
  • Proven experience supervising Electrical and Instrumentation construction activities.
  • Knowledge of communications systems, control systems, and fibre optic infrastructure is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively.
  • Excellent communication and coordination capabilities.
  • Commitment to maintaining high safety standards and quality control.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and resolve technical issues proactively.
