Introduction

Brunel International is seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor QA Engineering to lead quality assurance and quality control activities across key project work fronts. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all project deliverables meet stringent quality standards and comply with project specifications. What are you going to do 

As the Supervisor QA Engineering, you will be responsible for coordinating quality inspections and surveillance activities, monitoring contractor compliance, managing Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and corrective actions, and supporting quality reporting and turnover processes. You will also play an essential role in driving continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance project outcomes. Your leadership will ensure that all quality assurance and control objectives are met efficiently and effectively throughout the project lifecycle.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Engineering qualification (Bachelor's degree or equivalent).
  • Demonstrated experience in QA/QC supervision on major projects.
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance and quality control principles, procedures, and standards.
  • Proven ability to coordinate quality inspections and surveillance activities.
  • Experience managing Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and implementing corrective actions.
  • Skilled in monitoring contractor compliance with project specifications.
  • Ability to support quality reporting and project turnover activities.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
  • Proactive approach to driving quality improvement initiatives.
