What are you going to do 

  • Develop and grow sales across Singapore and the broader SEA region.
  • Conduct client visits, product demonstrations, and technical consultations.
  • Provide onsite support and advice for industrial surface preparation processes.
  • Build and manage relationships with distributors, contractors, and end‑users.
  • Identify new business opportunities and support market expansion strategies.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence updates.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and technical sessions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial, coatings, anti‑corrosion, surface preparation, blasting, or engineering sectors.
  • Regional sales experience in Southeast Asia (Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines) is strongly preferred.
  • Strong technical understanding of surface preparation, abrasive blasting, coatings application, or similar processes.
  • NACE/AMPP or FROSIO certification is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client‑engagement skills.
  • Self‑driven, independent, and capable of managing multiple accounts and travel schedules.
  • Strong problem‑solving ability with the capacity to provide technical recommendations.
  • Willingness to travel 7–8 days per month for regional client engagements.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, technically oriented sales environment.
