Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused professional to support business growth and maintain strong client relationships to join our client based in the WEST. This role involves engaging customers, identifying sales opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing support before and after sales and ensuring a positive client experience.

  • Lead Generation: Identify, engage, and qualify potential customers through outbound outreach and inbound inquiries.

  • Sales Performance: Proactively identify opportunities for renewals, upgrades, spare parts, and additional services to achieve or exceed sales targets.

  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to encourage long-term partnerships and high retention.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal technical and operational teams to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Pipeline Management: Track and manage sales opportunities and client interactions using CRM systems.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or Customer Service.

  • Prior experience in technical or solution-based sales is advantageous.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for building long-term relationships.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.

  • Ability to interpret technical diagrams/schematics and perform basic troubleshooting is beneficial.

  • Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license in Singapore and access to a personal vehicle is preferred.
