Introduction

This is a rare opportunity for a senior mining and capital equipment executive to take responsibility for the Asia Pacific key accounts portfolio, delivering profitable growth across Tier-1 and Tier-2 mining clients.

With full regional P&L accountability, you will drive revenue, expand market share, secure long-term service partnerships, and position the organisation as a strategic OEM partner.

What are you going to do 

  • Set and deliver the APAC mining key account growth strategy
  • Own Tier-1 executive relationships and major contract negotiations
  • Drive regional P&L performance, forecasting, and governance
  • Convert fleet, electrification, and lifecycle opportunities into revenue
  • Align sales, service, and technical functions for aftermarket growth
  • Build and lead a high-performing regional team

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Extensive experience in mining, OEM, or heavy industrial sectors
  • Demonstrated regional or national P&L leadership
  • Established Tier-1 mining network within Western Australia
  • Proven success in complex commercial negotiations
  • Experience in capital equipment, fleet strategy, or asset lifecycle management
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder engagement capability
