We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Assistant to support a regional business portfolio in communications, coordination, and digital collaboration activities.This position plays a key role in improving internal engagement, maintaining digital platforms, and supporting project operations across multiple functions.
Communication & Engagement
- Maintain and update internal SharePoint sites and digital content.
- Manage distribution lists and coordinate internal communications.
- Prepare communication materials such as newsletters, presentations, and event updates.
- Develop standard templates and communication guidelines.
- Work closely with various teams to ensure consistent and timely messaging.
Project & Operational Support
- Provide documentation, coordination, and follow-up support for project activities.
- Assist in preparing materials for management meetings and initiatives.
- Maintain and improve onboarding and communication materials for new hires and contractors.
Digital & Collaboration Tools
- Support and optimize collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook groups.
- Monitor platform usage and feedback to enhance communication efficiency and user experience.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Communications, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in communications, project coordination, or digital platform management.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Independent, proactive, and a good team player.
- Experience in a corporate or technical environment.
- Understanding of digital systems or technology operations.
- Attention to detail and strong stakeholder management skills.
