What are you going to do 

Responsibilities:

  • Manages simple technical matters/items relating to pumps, valves, pressure vessels, tanks, skids, including technical drawing & P&ID.
  • Perform receive items on site, like pumps, valves, pressure vessels, tanks, skids and check on the condition and quality of these items
  • Experience with batch record review, quality record support and ensuring that related Quality documents are updated
  • Generate and maintain the document submittal list/records
  • Ensure that the project quality documents are prepared, approved as per contract requirements and available for use
  • Understanding of equipment/process log review and continuous monitoring requirements & specifications
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to apply logic and assess data to reach decisions and solutions related to compliance and product quality
  • Work in a cross-functional team with Project, Construction, Commissioning, Supply Chain, and Engineering Team to ensure product quality and equipment supply
  • Provide support to customers when any quality issues arise; helps to prepare corrective action and follow up on implementation and close out.
  • Coordination with the clients for QA/QC-related activities and other verification bodies for regulatory compliance
  • Assessment of suppliers and subcontractors on the quality aspect and ensure that the project quality requirements are understood and implemented
  • Report & update all findings / Non-conformance matters or related to the QAEngineer / Manager in a timely manner

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, PostGraduate Diploma, Professional Degree
  • At least 3 years of work experience in the Semicon/ Electronics with UPW& WWTP knowledge and experiences
  • Good communication skills (writing and verbal communication/presentation)
  • Interacts effectively with a variety of communication and working styles
  • Able to effectively multitask and work cross-functionally
  • Positive can-do attitude and self-initiative with a strong sense of job ownership
