What are you going to do 

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise subcontractors on the project activities as well as the installation methodology.
  • Conduct site supervision work to verify site installation as per design documents.
  • Assist Project Managers/ Construction Managers in monitoring project execution and its progress.
  • Assist Project Engineers to prepare design documents such as layout drawings, Section drawings, 3D design drawings & equipment data sheets used for construction.
  • Manage multiple sites for site supervision and report to the Project Managers, respectively.
  • Manage multiple fabrication suppliers to ensure all fabricated skids and equipment are according to design drawings and meet site requirements.
  • Prepare project documentation such as Project plans, drawings, OMM, &installation and as-built documents.
  • Check availability on materials such as pipes, fittings, and other mechanical equipment during the installation stage as per project specifications.
  • Attend project progress meeting at the site with the client and end users.
  • To do site testing and commissioning for all installed equipment.
  • Attend to and follow up with fabrication/ equipment suppliers on any quality issues.
  • Assist the Quality Assurance Manager for respective site quality issues and provide necessary support to close all quality issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college.
  • At least 5 years of experience working in a professional environment.
  • Experience in Relevant Engineering or the relevant industry.
  • High energy level - self-starter.
  • Sense of urgency in dealing with issues and tasks.
  • Leadership skills and ability to effectively operate in a matrix team /organization.
  • Ability to organize, assess, orchestrate, prioritize tasks, risks, resources, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Effective communication skills
