What are you going to do

Lead and manage multiple EPC project packages within large-scale water treatment projects, ensuring delivery on schedule, budget, quality, and technical requirements.
Develop project execution strategies, manage risks, and oversee contract administration with clients, consultants, partners, and subcontractors.
Prepare and manage project financial forecasts, monitor margins, and ensure commercial performance of assigned projects.
Coordinate internal stakeholders including Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning teams while ensuring compliance with QHSE and ISO standards.
Utilize SAP and ProjEx systems for project controls, reporting, performance tracking, and lessons learned (REX) implementation.

Key Requirements

Minimum Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum 10 years of experience managing EPC projects within Water Technologies, Water Treatment, Wastewater Treatment, or Industrial Utilities.
Proven experience independently managing project packages, budgets, schedules, and stakeholder relationships.
Strong commercial and contract management knowledge.
PMP certification is required.
Experience using SAP ERP and project management systems.
