Introduction

We’re hiring Junior Process Engineer for one of our Leading MNC in Oil & Gas to join their growing team. This position is based out in Mumbai.

What are you going to do 

Position: Junior Process Engineer

YOE: 2 Years

Contract: Permanent

Location: Mumbai.

Assigned to projects involving different technologies (refining, petrochemicals, biofuels and renewables) within the Process Department, you will be involved into international projects.

Your main activities will be:

  • Participation in the development of process books;
  • Participation in the development of Process Books in designing the equipment and preparing the specifications for Vessels, Pumps, Heat Exchangers, Air Coolers and Heaters);
  • Develop Thermal rating of heat exchange equipment (heat exchangers and air coolers);
  • Projects follow-up with D.E.C / E.P.C including engineering documents review;
  • Participate to client meetings (P&ID review, HAZOP, SIL Review, 3D model Review, etc.);
  • Opportunity to participate in start-up of units on special assignments with the Technical Service Department.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • You are a young or a future graduate with a generalist or chemical engineering background;
  • An experience within an engineering company or within the refining, petrochemical or gas industry or within chemical or biochemical industries would be appreciated;
  • A fluent level of English is mandatory, other language(s) appreciated;
  • Curious and open-minded, you are motivated in working in an international environment;
  • You are agile in working in collaborative organizations, and multi-cultural company.
