What are you going to do 

  • Preparation, review, and management of contracts, variations, and claims.
  • Support project teams with commercial documentation and reporting.
  • Assist in cost control, risk management, and contractual compliance.
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure contractual obligations are met.
  • Provide commercial advice and administration support throughout the project lifecycle.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator in commercial construction.
  • Experience on education projects preferred, but experience on projects of similar size and complexity will also be considered.
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, variation management, and claims processes.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
