What are you going to do 

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of construction projects, ensuring time, cost, and quality targets are met.
  • Oversee project planning, programming, budgeting, and reporting to maintain strong commercial control.
  • Manage subcontractor procurement, contracts, performance, and site coordination.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure safe, compliant delivery.
  • Mentor and support project teams, fostering a collaborative, high-performing project environment.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Proven experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish, across multiple sectors.
  • Experience working on multiple commercial projects around $100 million
  • Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, risk management, and contract administration.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate project teams, promoting collaboration and accountability.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience liaising with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
  • Results-driven, with a focus on delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Relevant qualifications in construction, engineering, or project management, with professional registration preferred.
