Be part of a trusted insurance builder team as a Claims Coordinator, working across residential and commercial projects.

What are you going to do 

  • Coordinate and manage residential insurance claims from lodgement to completion
  • Liaise with clients, insurers, loss adjusters, and contractors
  • Ensure timely communication and updates to all stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate claim records and documentation
  • Assist Project Managers and estimators with claims administration
  • Monitor progress and ensure claims are resolved efficiently and to client satisfaction
  • Support the team in delivering high-quality outcomes and service excellence

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Previous experience in insurance claims coordination
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple claims simultaneously
  • Proactive, solution-focused, and team-oriented
  • Ideal candidate based in the North Brisbane area
