Introduction

On behalf of our client, a World Leading Energy Company, Brunel is presently sourcing an experienced Administration Assistant to provide administrative and coordination support across a broad range of departmental activities. This will be a casual contract located in the heart of the Peth CBD offering flexible work arrangements.

What are you going to do 

  • Manage shared mailbox enquiries and stakeholder requests
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel and site mobilisations
  • Process purchasing requirements through GEP Smart
  • Coordinate procurement of office supplies, PPE, equipment, merchandise and catering
  • Support department events, meetings and team activities
  • Coordinate onboarding, offboarding and internal personnel movements
  • Manage visitor access, document approvals and communications
  • Maintain leave calendars, distribution lists and organisational charts
  • Support document management, reporting and payment processing
  • Assist with recognition and award programs

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Previous Administration experience within Oil & Gas or Resource sector will be well received
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
  • Adaptable, organised and able to manage competing priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
