Introduction

  • The Sr. ICV Planner will contribute to data analysis, KPI reporting, and program improvement within the ICV and cluster development departments.
  • The Sr. ICV Planner will aim at supporting organizational success through data-driven insights and fostering collaborations within the energy sector and related industries.
  • This role contributes to strategies for data analysis, supports the establishment of KPI frameworks, and aids in identifying areas for program improvement.
  • It provides valuable insights for strategic recommendations, including process enhancements.
  • Additionally, the role involves presenting findings to stakeholders and senior leadership, influencing decision-making and driving program initiatives aligned with organizational objectives
  • In this role, there is an opportunity to learn and grow within the realms of strategic planning and data analysis.

What are you going to do

  • Data Cleansing and Analysis: Handle the cleansing, adjustment, and analysis of Local Contribution Planning and KPI reporting data to evaluate and assess the Energy Companies Local Contribution scores relatively to the set targets while leveraging automated tools such and Power BI dashboards.
  • Data Comparison and Evaluation: Compare planned data received by the Energy Companies and reported data throughout the year by the Energy Companies to develop reporting material to the management on the overall local contribution planning versus reporting.
  • Local Contribution Score Adjustment: Engage with Energy Champions to recommend short-and long-term tools and mechanisms to enhance and adjust Energy Companies local contribution scores.
  • Engagement with Cluster Department: Engage with relevant stakeholders and share data findings and analysis to provide cluster department with data that will help in developing new opportunities and shaping industry strategies to strengthen the market’s localization efforts.
  • Data-insights implementation: Monitor the implementation of the decisions related to Local Contribution Planning by the cluster department to ensure that the outcome of the data analysis is being activated and leveraged.
  • Reporting findings: Develop reporting material to diverse stakeholders and senior leadership to report the progress of the governance journey and KPI reporting.
  • Industry Trends Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in data analysis to be prepared to implement best practices in the day-to-day work.
  • Adhoc Data Analysis: Perform divers analysis as required to compare ICV score with market average scores, ICV industry scores, historical scores to planned scores to always be informed and stay up to date of the development of the ICV overall metrics.
  • Trainings Development: Develop training materials to ICV Champions related to the governance journey to share knowledge effectively and ensure proper activation of the target setting and target adjusting journey and any other data collection requirements.
  • Contracts and Budget Management: Draft and review the scope of work for consultancy services to ensure alignment with project requirements and provide necessary data to support the completion of the department's budget as requested.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Bachelor’s degree in data science, Business Analytics, Economics or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in data analysis, KPI reporting, supply chain and/ or program improvement.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and data visualization tools is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated interest in driving innovation and growth initiatives.
