What are you going to do

  • Manage end-to-end execution of surface protection and industrial coating projects from site assessment through completion
  • Conduct site inspections, technical evaluations, and condition assessments prior to coating application
  • Supervise on-site application teams and subcontractors to ensure adherence to specifications and timelines
  • Coordinate closely with clients, shipyards, contractors, and internal stakeholders on technical and operational matters
  • Ensure coating preparation, application, and curing activities comply with approved procedures and manufacturer guidelines
  • Support development and implementation of SOPs, work methods, and technical procedures
  • Manage coating materials, equipment logistics, and site inventory
  • Oversee testing, inspections, and final project handover documentation
  • Ensure strict compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements on-site
  • Provide on-site technical support and resolve application or quality issues during execution

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in industrial surface protection, coatings, or related technical operations
  • Strong hands-on experience supervising coating application projects in marine and/or industrial environments
  • Proven ability to manage site execution, teams, and subcontractors
  • Sound knowledge of surface preparation methods, coating systems, and inspection practices
  • Experience working with client technical teams and project stakeholders
  • Familiarity with HSE standards applicable to industrial and marine sites
  • Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Minimum Diploma in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline preferred
