What are you going to do

Scope of Work and Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and implement foreign expatriate human resources for the project; develop and improve HR management systems and processes for foreign personnel.
  2. Recruit foreign personnel for the project, coordinate expatriate relations, and manage their performance.
  3. Ensure compliance in managing foreign personnel, ensuring their employment aligns with relevant laws and government regulations in Singapore; monitor policy changes and provide optimization suggestions for expatriate HR management.
  4. Other tasks as assigned.

Technical Requirements:

  1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above; candidates holding relevant engineering professional certifications (e.g., PMP) are preferred.
  2. Work Experience: Over 5 years of HR management experience, including at least 3 years of work experience in Singapore.
  3. Professional Knowledge: Familiar with Singapore's labor laws, regulations, and HR policies; strong data analysis and policy interpretation skills.
  4. Other Requirements: Excellent communication, coordination, team management skills, and execution capabilities.
