Introduction

We are recruiting a HR Data Analyst to join one of our leading multinational clients and their expanding team. This position is based in Pune and offers an excellent opportunity for experienced proposal management professionals in the Conventional sector.

What are you going to do

Position: HR Data Analyst.

Contract: On 6 month Contract role.

Essential skills and knowledge

Experience in data entry, data management and developing reports;
Strong Excel skills;
Good communication skills;
Ability to learn quickly;
Team Player;
Knowledge of HR tools – HRMS systems, Workday, OrgVue, Oracle etc (Desirable);
Knowledge of Data visualization tools – Power BI (Desirable).
