Introduction

  • Coordinate and track cybersecurity activities across Company, Contractors, and Suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Verify that all prerequisites for cybersecurity tasks are established and fulfilled by Contractors / Suppliers prior to initiating any related activities.
  • Monitor and follow-up on key deliverables from Contractors and Vendors, including reports, asset inventories, execution plan, IP address lists, punch lists, and other relevant documentation.
  • Ensure effective management of assigned cybersecurity tasks in alignment with the project execution plan and contractual obligations, covering all applicable requirements.
  • Track and manage cybersecurity deviations and change orders, ensuring timely and proactive responses from the Company to relevant Contractor/Supplier inputs.

What are you going to do

  • Coordinate and monitor cybersecurity project activities, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Work closely with cybersecurity engineers, analysts, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies using project management tools.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation including project plans, risk registers, meeting minutes, and status reports.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units.
  • Attend weekly meetings with Contractors and Supplier and track the agreed actions.
  • Support compliance with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, IEC 62443).
  • Identify and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate cybersecurity awareness initiatives rollouts.
  • Ensure proper documentation and handover of completed projects to operations or support teams.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or project management, preferably in cybersecurity or IT.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, tools, and frameworks.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira).
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or CAPM and GICSP or CISSP certification are a plus.
  • Knowledge of OT/ICS environments is an advantage.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity risk management and governance.
  • Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., energy, oil & gas, utilities).
  • Familiar with Total general specifications is a plus, and with relevant international codes and standards.
  • A strong organizational and multitasking skills with ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership skills and good communication and analytical skills.
  • Language: fluent English.
  • Ability to travel and work on projects in a complex and multicultural environment
