About this role
- Oversee day-to-day site activities across subdivision projects
- Supervise and coordinate site crews and subcontractors
- Ensure works are completed in line with drawings and specifications
- Monitor project schedules and assist with program delivery
- Maintain strong safety leadership and compliance with WHS requirements
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders
- Manage plant, materials, and site resources effectively
Is this you?
- Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor within civil construction
- Strong background in bulk earthworks, subdivisions, or infrastructure projects
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Relevant civil construction qualifications (advantageous)
