About this role

As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple residential builds across South Brisbane, managing the full construction lifecycle from slab through to handover. This role suits an experienced Supervisor who understands volume processes, sequencing, and the importance of delivering homes efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards.

  • Supervise and manage multiple volume residential projects concurrently across South Brisbane
  • Coordinate trades and suppliers to ensure builds are delivered on time and within budget
  • Manage construction schedules, sequencing, and site progress
  • Conduct regular site inspections and manage quality control at each stage of the build
  • Identify and resolve site issues efficiently to avoid delays
  • Maintain a safe working environment, ensuring WHS compliance at all times
  • Liaise closely with Construction Managers, office support teams, and clients as required
  • Maintain accurate site records, progress reports, and documentation
  • Manage handover processes to ensure a smooth and high-quality completion

Is this you?

  • 5+ years' experience as a Site Supervisor within volume residential construction
  • Strong knowledge of residential construction processes and build sequencing
  • Proven ability to manage multiple builds efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ideally have strong local experience and knowledge of the South Brisbane market
  • Current QBCC Supervisor licence
