Introduction

We're looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to take full ownership of a townhouse development on the Gold Coast, supervising the project from groundworks through to completion.

About this role

This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how to run their own site, lead trades, manage programs, and deliver quality builds safely and efficiently. Once this project is complete, there is another large project lined up, offering ongoing work for the right person.

  • Full site supervision of a multi-residential, townhouse project
  • Manage the project from start to finish, groundworks to handover
  • Coordinate and lead all trades, subcontractors, and site staff
  • Ensure works are delivered to program, quality standards, and budget
  • Maintain strong WHS compliance and site safety culture
  • Liaise with project managers, consultants, and stakeholders
  • Daily site reporting and scheduling

Is this you?

  • Proven experience as a Site Supervisor on multi-residential or townhouse developments
  • Demonstrated ability to run a project independently from start to finish
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with trades and staff
  • Solid understanding of Work Health & Safety requirements and compliance
  • Well organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
  • Ideally Gold Coast-based (or willing to commute)
