About this role

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage project admin (correspondence, docs, filing, visas, travel, meeting minutes).
  • Maintain project controls support: timesheets, expense tracking, basic schedule/log updates.
  • Coordinate vendors, procurement paperwork, contract admin and invoice processing.
  • Support HR/admin tasks for mobilisation/demobilisation, inductions, BOSIET/FOET records.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE/admin procedures and handover documentation to O&M.

Is this you?

Qualifications:

  • Diploma/BA in Business Administration or equivalent; 7+ years offshore/project admin experience (FPSO/O&G preferred).
  • Strong MS Office skills, ERP/Doc-control systems experience, excellent English communication.
  • Familiar with offshore mobilisation logistics, travel/visa processes and HSE documentation; BOSIET/FOET desirable.
