Brunel is seeking skilled Final Trim Operators and Scraper Operators for an immediate start on a major mining project in Weipa, QLD. FIFO from Brisbane or Cairns on a 2/1 roster.

  • Scraper Operators: Bulk earthmoving with motor scrapers for efficient cut/fill operations

  • Dayshifts only

  • Long-term contract running until December 2026 (likely extensions)

  • Paid FIFO from Brisbane and Cairns

Is this you?

For Scraper Operators:

  • RIIMPO338E - Conduct Scraper Operations

  • Minimum 2+ years scraper experience in mining/civil

  • GPS machine control experience (advantageous)

All Candidates Must Have:

  • Drivers License

  • Ability to pass pre-employment medical

  • Willing to get G1 ticket
