About the Role

The Risk and Change Integration Lead is responsible for identifying, assessing, and managing project risks that could impact safety, reputation, cost, and schedule performance. This role ensures effective integration of risk management processes across a large-scale project.

You will lead risk governance, reporting, and continuous improvement while working closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and implement the project Risk Management Plan
  • Lead integrated project risk assessments and risk governance processes
  • Develop and maintain risk frameworks, tools, and reporting standards
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks across all functions
  • Develop and present risk reports and mitigation strategies to leadership
  • Ensure compliance with internal, regulatory, and industry standards
  • Facilitate risk workshops, training, and stakeholder engagement sessions
  • Coordinate with project teams to track risks, actions, and mitigations
  • Support assurance and readiness reviews for project milestones
  • Drive continuous improvement and implementation of lessons learned
  • Promote strong stakeholder alignment and a "One Team" approach

Is this you?

Experience & Qualifications

  • 15+ years' experience in Oil & Gas project services (planning/risk/scheduling)
  • Experience in large-scale capital projects, ideally LNG (3+ years preferred)
  • Background in project risk management on execution-phase mega projects
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline
  • Experience with risk management tools (e.g., Pro-Risk)
  • Strong understanding of project risk methodologies and compliance standards
  • Experience working in multi-location, multicultural environments

  • Comfortable working in complex, high-pressure environments
  • Experience with modular fabrication and pipeline projects is an asset
