Introduction

This position will stabilise & improve site power system reliability by addressing asset data gaps, strengthening asset health & maintenance strategies, & supporting new HV and energy infrastructure. This hands-on role based in Perth with regular site travel. focuses on aligning physical power assets with asset management systems, reducing power related risk & ensuring safe, reliable & compliant operations as the energy system evolves

About this role

  • Validate and reconcile physical power generation and HV assets on site against master data in SAP and Asset Health Management (AHM) systems.
  • Correct asset hierarchies, equipment registers, and naming conventions to ensure information is accurately replicated within corporate asset management systems.
  • Develop and embed asset-specific reliability and asset health strategies for HV networks, power generation, and associated infrastructure.

Is this you?

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (strongly preferred), Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
  • SAP experience is essential
  • Demonstrated experience in reliability engineering for power generation and/or HV networks, ideally in mining or remote operations.
  • Strong understanding of asset management, asset health monitoring, and reliability analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP CMMS, Asset Health Management systems, and defect elimination tools.
  • Experience supporting or reviewing battery energy systems, HV network changes, or power system upgrades.
  • Practical experience with RCA and HAZOP / HAZID participation.
  • Strong analytical capability, stakeholder engagement skills, and ability to work across site and corporate teams.
