- Lead end-to-end delivery of a high-value school project
- Manage project safety, quality, program, and budget performance
- Coordinate site activities and lead construction teams to achieve milestones
- Develop project programs, forecast resources, and manage subcontractors
- Oversee design coordination to ensure constructability and compliance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Champion adherence to Wiley's management systems and industry best practices
Is this you?
The ideal candidate will have:
- 8+ years experience as a Project Manager on the contractor side
- Must have experience on Education projects
- Strong commercial acumen and experience in contract negotiation
- In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proven ability to lead a team
