About this role

Join a global biopharmaceutical leader delivering life-saving therapies to patients worldwide. This role sits within a landmark expansion of sterile manufacturing operations in Broadmeadows and will play a key role in supporting all project deliverables associated with Filling, Inspection & Packaging (FIP) systems.

As a key contributor within the Project Banksia FIP team, you will help deliver project milestones safely, on time, and within budget. You will collaborate closely with project and operational leaders to manage facility and equipment design, construction, qualification/validation, and licensure - ensuring the site is ready for future commercial manufacturing operations.

  • Support all aspects of Filling, Inspection & Packaging line delivery for the Broadmeadows expansion works

  • Lead and support Design Qualification activities

  • Drive GMP equipment procurement and vendor engagement

  • Oversee equipment Factory Acceptance Testing (and Site Acceptance Testing

  • Manage off-site fabrication and on-site installation activities

  • Support equipment commissioning and qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ)

  • Partner with quality and validation teams to ensure GxP compliance

  • Drive value engineering initiatives to optimise performance and cost

  • Maintain strong engagement across local and global stakeholders

Is this you?

  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Science

  • 3+ years' engineering or project management experience

  • Experience in installation, commissioning, and operation of filling, inspection & packaging equipment

  • Fundamental understanding of technical development concepts, design tools and technologies

  • Demonstrated troubleshooting and process engineering capability

  • Experience working within GxP-regulated industries

  • Proven ability to collaborate across multiple project teams to deliver complex capital projects
