Introduction

We are seeking an experienced Project Administrator to support a senior leadership team within a major energy infrastructure organisation. This position will work closely with the GM and leadership team, providing coordination, organisational support and administrative efficiency across day-to-day activities and priority initiatives.

This role will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment, enjoys supporting senior stakeholders and is confident managing multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion.

There is potential for longer-term continuity for the right person, including future extension or transition to a permanent position.

About this role

  • Provide administrative support to the General Manager and senior leaders
  • Manage calendars, travel bookings, schedules and expense processes
  • Coordinate team cadence including meetings, action tracking and follow-up
  • Support communication flow and alignment across multiple business areas
  • Assist with presentations, reporting and document preparation
  • Coordinate activities requiring cross-functional engagement

Is this you?

  • Experience supporting senior leaders or executives in a project or corporate environment
  • Strong coordination, prioritisation and organisational skills
  • Proactive communication style and confidence interacting with multiple stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and the ability to work with discretion and confidentiality
  • Well-developed Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Workday is desirable but not essential
