About this role

  • Lead structural discipline activities, including project communication, coordination, and technical alignment.

  • Define structural work scope and technical requirements for offshore projects.

  • Participate in technical clarifications and prepare structural discipline proposals.

  • Design, review, and approve structural engineering documents and close technical comments.

  • Coordinate, track, and resolve issues related to structural technical documentation.

  • Prepare and review technical documents for material requisitions, bid evaluations, vendor drawings, and FAT inspections.

  • Prepare or review special technical reports and verify structural calculation results.

  • Provide site coordination, scheme discussions, and technical support during construction phases.

  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Project Manager or Structural Department.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree or higher in Structural Engineering, Naval Architecture, or Ocean Engineering.

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in offshore structural engineering (e.g. offshore platforms, FPSO, semi-submersible).

  • Strong knowledge of international offshore structural standards (e.g. API RP 2A, ISO 19901).

  • Proficient in structural engineering software such as SACS and AutoCAD.

  • Experience supporting procurement activities, vendor document reviews, and construction phases is required.
