Introduction

On behalf of our Client, a World Leader in the Oil & Gas Energy sector, Brunel is presently recruiting an Inventory Control Analyst. This is a casual contract role located in Melbourne, Docklands. This position is open to candidates who are presently residing in Melbourne.

About this role

Analyse inventory data and consumption to identify stock optimisation opportunities

  • Evaluate and adjust min/max stock levels to balance costs vs service levels
  • Perform stock replenishment activities and work closely with Procurement to ensure stock availability
  • Conduct annual Dormant and Overstock analysis and ensure results are reviewed with business line
  • Facilitate physical inventory verification to ensure control processes are being followed
  • Localise global inventory processes for use post operatorship transition
  • Participate in UAT processes for the SAP Carve-out
  • Post integration enable the Operations with the broader business

Is this you?

  • Knowledge in Inventory, Supply Chain and Warehouse including SAP ECC6
  • Data Analytic skills - capable of managing large volumes of data utilising data analytic tools, eg MS Excel
  • Effective communication, interfacing across multiple levels and functions including cross-cultures
  • Excellent time management, prioritisation and workload planning skills
