Introduction

On behalf of our Client, a World Leader in the Oil & Gas Energy sector, Brunel is presently sourcing an Administrator to be part of a dynamic, centralised Administration Team in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. This will be a casual contract located in the Docklands, Melbourne, open to local residential candidates.

About this role

You will gain exposure to a wide range of activities, develop your skills and contribute to projects that make a real impact across the business.

  • Provide a high-level of administrative support
  • Manage scheduling, calendar meetings and conference coordination
  • Handle document management, record-keeping and information reporting
  • Support special projects including data compilation, reporting and analysis
  • Train, mentor and support other administrative staff
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

Is this you?

  • Proven experience as a Administrator / Administration Assistant or similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Strong organisational and ability to multi-task
  • Be customer service eccentric and possess a collaborative approach to team environment
  • Ability to manage projects, prioritise tasks and provide moderate direction
