Brunel Australia Holdings Pty Ltd is pleased to announce the acquisition of Advance Careers International Pty Ltd and the incorporation of the organisation’s existing staff, clients and contracts into Brunel from January 2024. Combining Advance Careers’ sustainability and energy transition expertise with Brunel’s specialised workforce and mobility capabilities, will further enhance the two entities’ ability to provide world-class staffing solutions.

Over the past 10 years, Advance Careers has established itself as a renowned provider of recruitment, search and staffing solutions for energy transition and sustainability organisations – particularly for highly-skilled technical and niche roles associated with emerging technologies. Joining forces with Brunel will enable Advance Careers to take that business model to the next level.
Advance Careers’ strong performance to date, focus on highly technical skillsets, and commitment to sustainability and humanitarian causes, align closely with Brunel’s own values and strategic objectives.
Brunel’s Managing Director of Operations, Tania Sinibaldi, remarked on the value she sees created by the amalgamation.
