Introduction

This is an opportunity to contribute to a Tier one client in the NPI space while working 2:1 roster. The role is based in the Pilbara with a great pipeline of work.

About this role

  • Coordinating Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and managing Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Corrective Actions to closure.
  • Management of the organisations quality plan
  • Conducting quality audits of site activities, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Maintaining meticulous QA documentation, test records, and material certification.
  • Preparing clear weekly/monthly quality reports for project stakeholders.
  • Providing technical QA guidance and mentoring to site teams, fostering a culture of quality.

Is this you?

  • A Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 5 years' experience in QA or engineering roles within construction, resources, or heavy industrial projects.
  • Demonstrated expertise with QA systems, ITPs, NCRs, audit processes, and compliance frameworks.
  • A strong understanding of Work Health and Safety (WHS) and environmental standards as they relate to quality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead, influence, and collaborate across all levels.
